We’re conveniently located at 890 US HWY 183, Florence, TX 76527, just minutes from Briggs, Bertram, and Georgetown. Our park offers easy access to major highways, making it ideal for traveling workers, RV enthusiasts, and long-term guests.

What amenities are included with my RV site rental?

All RV spaces include:

  • Sewer, water, and trash service

  • High-speed, hard-wired internet (one-time $20 cable fee)

  • Pool and recreation room access

  • Two on-site laundry facilities

  • Dog parks and green spaces

  • Mailboxes and package delivery

What size RV sites are available?

We offer three types of RV sites:

  • Standard – Approx. 28’ x 70’ site

  • Basic – Approx. 35’ x 80’ site, small yard, partial privacy fencing

  • Premium – Approx. 35’ x 80’ site, large yard, full privacy fencing, includes 12’ x 16’ storage barn

How much does it cost to stay at Red Barn Ranch RV Park?

  • Standard RV Space – $575/month + electricity

  • Basic RV Space – $600/month + electricity

  • Premium RV Space – $725–$950/month + electricity
    Additional move-in fees: $350 refundable security deposit, $20 internet cable fee, $20 pet fee, $15 mailbox key fee.

Do you offer long-term stays?

Yes – we offer flexible month-to-month and long-term stay options for guests looking for stability and convenience.

Are pets allowed?

Absolutely! We’re a pet-friendly RV park with dedicated dog parks and green spaces. A one-time $20 pet fee applies.
